Incy Wincy Spider

Now September always seems to be month of the spider as there are more and more webs about which huge spiders. I had spotted this spider near my compost bin and made a mental note to get the camera at some point. I couldn't believe my luck though as I arrived with camera in hand at the start of meal time. They're a little gory but thought I should share what I saw

I'm absolutely loving my macro lens as this is a sight I never thought I would see. Who knew that a wasp would make such a tasty meal!
